Overview

Arman was called to the Bar in 2009 and since completing his pupillage in 2015 has been practicing extensively in family, public law and common law areas. He has a strong immigration practice regularly appearing before the First Tier Tribunal, Upper Tribunal and the Court of Appeal. He also has a growing practice in litigation and family law. 

Arman is a ferocious advocate who been described by clients as a Lion in court due to his resilience in representation. He is always willing and prepared to communicate with solicitors and clients during out of business hours.

Arman is qualified to accept instructions directly from members of the public and professional clients under the Direct Public Access scheme.
