Overview


 Devendra Shrestha (Dev) practices in public law with focus on nationality, asylum, immigration and human rights. Dev regularly appears before the Frist-tier and Upper Tribunal of the Immigration and Asylum Chambers. Dev appears at the Tribunal both for and against the Government. Dev also undertakes work on direct-access basis.


Before qualifying as a barrister, Dev worked in different firm of solicitors, and was involved in a number of high-profile cases. Dev’s previous experience complements his work both as an advocate in a court room as well as a direct access barrister when he represents clients directly.


Dev woks with a positive outlook on every case and strives to achieve the best possible outcome for his client. Dev knows the importance of a well-prepared case and gets engaged in the preparation of such cases.
