Devendra (Dev) practises in public law, with a focus on nationality, asylum, immigration and human rights. He regularly appears before the First-tier and Upper Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber), acting both for and against the Government.
Before qualifying as a barrister, Dev worked at several firms of solicitors and was involved in a number of high-profile cases. That experience supports his work both as an advocate and as a public access barrister.
Dev approaches every case positively and knows the importance of thorough preparation. For public access clients he can provide a complete service, from initial advice through every stage of the case, saving time and cost.
