Judy ko

Overview

 Judy has a busy practice in civil and family matters. She is regularly instructed on a range of disputes involving residential and commercial property. Judy advises and represents clients in possession proceedings, rent arrears claims, and other landlord and tenant disputes, together with broader cases concerning disputes on commercial leases. She appears in the County Court and High Court and accepts instructions for both drafting and advocacy work. 

Judy also accepts instructions in family matter to advise and represent client in cases involving divorce applications, financial relief applications and child arrangement order applications. 

Judy is authorised to accept instructions directly from members of the public under the Public Access Scheme.
